We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to guarantee your date, especially during festival season.

Every package includes setup, breakdown, unlimited servings, the trailer or tent, tables, a professional cotton candy machine, décor, and all supplies.

Yes — we serve a 100-mile radius from Clemmons, NC, covering Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, and beyond.

Events can be canceled due to weather any time prior to arrival, with no fee. If an event is canceled for any other reason, a $100 cancellation fee applies.

A standard 110V outlet is all we need. If no power is available on-site, we bring our own generator.
